Our purpose is to achieve 100% satisfied customers. But for some unfortunate reasons if you are not satisfied by our products or services we are ready to find a solution for your satisfaction. Please have
a look at our easy return policy.
Please note that 5% to 10% variation in color is considered as normal as there are difference in the color of actual product from that seen in a picture or on screen due to light effects.
Sometime photo may differ from the actual product due to reproduction limitations of photography and limitations of viewing photos at different resolutions, hue, brightness, contrast and other screen variations are out of control. Actual product received may be slightly different than the product image as handicrafts are manufactured by hand & not though machines. So presence of irregularities should not be considered as defects.
In case of Defective/wrongly sent product: -
Please complain to us within 48 hours after receiving the shipment (by mail or whatsapp) with a picture of received products clearly showing the defect and product code & packaging alongside to claim refunds from our shipment partners. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days or depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We will find solution regarding your complain with 48 hours of receiving the mail or whatsapp by either replacing the product or full refund of your amount.
In case of wrongly sent product if you are shipping the product to us, we will bear the shipping cost & will be refund with your paid amount.
The product must be in the same state as received, along with tags and in original packing.
In case of product damage
Give us a clear description of the damage/broken/cracked/missing etc.
We will replace the damage items and will file a damage claim to the courier company.
You need not to send the damaged items to us.
In case the received product is same as ordered but not liked by you
Please send mail or whatsapp the picture of product along with product code with 48 hours of receiving the product.
Our team will find a solution for you by either allowing you to send it back to us and buy any other product or by giving you a credit note of the same value deducting the shipping cost.
In this case, if you are shipping the product to us, we will not bear the shipping cost.
The product must be the same state as received, along with tags and in original packing. Once we received your product, we will inspect and will notify you. We will immediately inform you regarding your refund after inspecting the item.
